Reaching out for support takes courage. If you're here, you've already taken an important step. I'm here to listen without judgement and help you navigate whatever has brought you to counselling.
Initial Consultation
I offer a free, 15-minute introductory call to answer any questions you may have and ensure that we're comfortable working together. There's no obligation, just a chance to chat about what brings you to counselling and how I might help.

I’m an experienced integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of counselling approaches to suit you as an individual—because there’s no one-size-fits-all. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, meaning you lead the sessions and bring what feels most important, at your own pace. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you by listening, gently challenging, and offering new perspectives. While different techniques can be helpful—such as exploring thought patterns through CBT or taking a more solution-focused approach when needed—the most important part of our work is the relationship we build. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel able to be open, work through challenges, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer couples counselling to support partners navigating challenges in their relationship, whether that’s communication difficulties, intimacy issues, or feeling disconnected. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore what’s going on together, better understand each other’s perspectives, and begin to communicate more openly. My role is to guide constructive, honest conversations while keeping your relationship at the centre of the work. Together, we’ll explore ways to reconnect, work through difficulties, and find a path forward that feels right for you both.

With my background in HR and organisational development, I understand that employee wellbeing directly impacts your business. Not all organisations have access to an Employee Assistance Programme, but that doesn't mean your team shouldn't have access to professional support.
I work with organisations that want to prioritise their employees' mental health. Whether your team is dealing with workplace stress, grief, anxiety, or personal challenges affecting their work, I offer flexible, confidential counselling with discounted rates for your employees.
It's a simple way to show your team you care about them as people, not just workers. And when people feel supported, everything else improves.
I offer online sessions which provides you with ultimate flexibility to fit therapy around your existing commitments and saves valuable travel time. Online sessions are delivered via a secure, encrypted video platform. You can attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space, with no travel time and greater flexibility for scheduling, including evening appointments.
If you'd like to explore whether counselling might be right for you, I'm happy to have an informal chat. Get in touch to arrange your free 15-minute consultation.
You may be aware of something specific that is troubling you, such as anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, experiencing grief or loss or difficulty in relationships or at work. Sometimes it isn’t just the big things that occur but also smaller things that trouble us. Whatever it is, the fact that you are aware of it or feel you would like to change things is a sign that you may benefit from professional support.
In our first session together, I will give you the space and time to explore how you are feeling, what you are struggling with and what you hope to achieve through counselling. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to discuss how I work. We’ll also cover the practical things like confidentiality and how often we will meet. As with all sessions, we will take our time and move at a pace you feel comfortable with.
There is no set length to counselling. It all depends on what you need and what you are hoping to achieve. Some people find that after a few sessions of working together, they feel equipped to move forward alone, while others require deeper exploration or thoughts, feelings and patterns. We will discuss you goals during our first session and regularly review progress to see what is needed. Either way, there is no obligation to continue and I will be led by you.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60. Couples sessions are 60 minutes and cost £75. We can discuss whether you'd benefit from short-term or longer-term therapy during our initial conversation.
